We, as women, have been programmed to put everything else before ourselves: our kids, our spouses, our community, our careers, our homes — you name it.

And the result is a lot of stressed out, overworked, under-appreciated, and ultimately unhealthy (and often unhappy) women who never take a moment to think about themselves.

(who've forgotten to take care of themselves)

I help busy women

design and live a healthy lifestyle they're excited about.

I’m guessing it’s been a minute.  That’s why you’re here — and I’m so glad you are, because I can help.

When’s the last time you gave yourself the gift of an hour of solitude to read?

Let alone make time to exercise, get as much sleep as you need, or feed yourself a nourishing meal that makes you feel good?

Let's Change Your Health Journey

No one taught me how to change. I had to figure it all out on my own.

And good thing I did, because it’s really what saved my life.

Now I’ve made it my mission in life to help other women who’ve forgotten to treat themselves well turn the tables and put themselves first — and build the kind of healthy lifestyle habits that will lead to a longer, healthier, happier life.

I’m here to help you do it, so you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

I WAS A BUSY, DRIVEN, SUCCESSFUL WOMAN JUST LIKE YOU, WHO TOOK CARE OF EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING ELSE, AND FORGOT ABOUT TAKING CARE OF MYSELF. UNTIL A DIAGNOSIS FORCED ME TO STOP, REEVALUATE, AND CHANGE MY WAYS.

I’m Rhonda St. Thomas Rogers, and I’m a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Holistic Nutritionist, and my own most successful client.

— LINDA P.

“Rhonda didn’t try to put me in a predefined box, but tailored a step-by-step plan for me that is realistically attainable and affirming. She then focused on what she could do to help me in reaching each goal that I set.”

Together we can identify and build the kind of healthy habits that will work for your life — wherever you are, and whatever your life looks like now.

I was diagnosed with cancer.
I beat that cancer.
I was diagnosed with a DIFFERENT type of cancer.
I beat that one, too.
I was diagnosed with a life-threatening autoimmune disease.
I’ve been able to suppress that autoimmune disease.

…and then I remember exactly what it took for me to GET to this stage of my life. The good and the bad.

There’s a small part of me that says I’m too old to be running a coaching business at this stage of my life…

Why I Do This Work

In fact, I got myself SO healthy while still in treatment, doctors would say things like ‘you can’t be the patient, you look way too healthy to have cancer.’ (By the way, if you’re a doctor and reading this, please don’t ever say that to a patient. It’s dehumanizing.)

But because of my determination and willingness to make changes, I’ve now been able to enjoy my second (or is it third? fourth?) chance at life.

I recently got married; I also found and bought my dream home; and a million other little moments in life that I would not be able to experience if I hadn’t taken charge of my health and made it possible for me to be alive today.

Here’s the point of all this…

It required serious threats to my life in order for me to make the kind of changes needed — changes that have me feeling better than I have in decades — and I want to help others get to that point withOUT the threat to their lives.

Do you want to know why I’m still alive? Because I took charge and made the kind of healthy lifestyle changes that supported and improved the medical treatments I was receiving.

Yes, I had incredible doctors who made astonishing efforts to keep me alive, but they all say they’re amazed I am.

I want to help you feel better now than you did 10 years ago.

And if those lifestyle changes happen to keep a serious medical issue from showing its ugly face? All the better.
