Favorite Books

Atomic Habits by James Clear

Creating a new habit is not as simple as 1–2–3. It takes dedication, concentration, and a decent understanding of how habits are formed. This is my number one recommended book, useful for any and all changes you want to make in your life, now and in the future.

While this book features delicious recipes, I don’t consider it a mere cookbook because it also includes a whole load of science and information on plant-based eating. If you’re considering making drastic changes to your eating habits, this is where to start!
